Click here to start a return or exchange on an order placed on darntough.com. Enter your details and then click "Find my order" to continue.
You can then click the item(s) you'd like to return and choose the new socks you'd like to receive in exchange. Once your return package has been dropped off with USPS, you'll receive an email confirmation of your exchange order.
Do you prefer a refund? No worries! Choose the refund option, and we'll process it back to your original payment once the order has been received and processed here in Vermont.
Once you submit your return, you will receive a reference RMA number and a prepaid return label. If you have any additional questions, our customer service team will be happy to help!
